    1. 80% attendance is mandatory
    2. Punctuality must be maintained.
    3. RICE is a cigarette, alcohol, and drug free area.
    4. Discrimination and disrespect to staff and fellow students is not permitted.
    5. Fees are non-refundable.
    6. RICE reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student who doesn’t comply with the above terms and conditions.
